Glucose level > 140mg/dL AND < 200mg/dL (in absence of diabetes)

Bands > 10%
Lactic Acid level > 2 mmol/L
Creatinine level (increase of 0.5 mg/dL over 72 hours)
Total Bilirubin > 2 mg/dL AND < 10 mg/dLSBP
< 90 mmHg
MAP < 65 mmHg
