Dorset Arts Trust 22 10 2014 Culture and Tourism Network Based on Dorset Arts Trust structure: Principles Open to all in culture and tourism sectors Start small with the committed and grow Consultative workshops and buy in as the basis for action Network business combined with training or workshops Light touch, working with existing structures / networks Whole network decides strategic actions Project groups decide / deliver specific actions Network co-ordinator Do you agree with these principles? Any concerns?
