3.  What aim: enhancing citizens’ ownership and usage of their rights as European citizens by promoting and increasing knowledge on four EU level participation tools:  European elections,  petitioning to the European Parliament,  complaining to the European Ombudsman  the European Citizens Initiative.  What objectives:  increasing know-how on the usage and usability of four EU level participation tools  capacitating 30 CSOs from Romania and Hungary in using EU level participation tools  promoting grassroots participation in EU policies
