3 Procedure for applying for registration under NSQF Applicant needs to apply on AICTE Portal at www.aicte-india.org for submitting online application. www.aicte-india.org Applications are scrutinised by scrutiny committee Applications recommended by Scrutiny Committee are visited by EVC to verify infrastructure and facilities Applications recommended by EVC are registered by Council under NSQF after approval by the Council

4 Documents required while seeking approval for SKP 1 Certificate of Registration of companies 2 Memorandum association and article of association 3 Certificate of incorporation 4 Situation of the registered office of the company 5 Particulars of the Directors, Managers or Secretaries 6 PAN number 7 TAN number 8 Companies general rules and forms 9 NOC from Directors or Promoters 10 Audited statement for last 3 years clearly indicating turnover through operations

6 Format of the MOU to be signed between AICTE & SKP / Institute & SKP (Available on AICTE Web site) - / - AGREEMENT Under the National Vocational Education Qualification Framework [NVEQF] of The All India Council for Technical Education by and between ______________________________ and ______________________________ __________________________________

7 Criteria For Evaluation Of Proposals for setting up Community Colleges The intake capacity to be planned for 300 with minimum 3 sectors and with adequate shifts staggered over the week, in flexible mode and multi-entry/multi-exit at each of the 7 levels The equipment grant-in-aid @ Rs 60 lakh per sector, up to a maximum of Rs 2 Crores for all 3 sectors. Standard equipment list avaiable Community Colleges offering a sector less equipment intensive, may be considered for more Sectors, subject to a ceiling of Rs 3 Crores A grant in aid ceiling of Rs 3 Crores per Community College to develop human resource in the Country for gainful employment/self-employment.

8 Ratio of F/S for general education:1:100 Ratio of F/S for vocational education :1:50 Honorarium to teaching faculty for general education :@Rs 500 per hour Honorarium to faculty for vocational education :@Rs 400 per hour Coordinator (lump sum per month):Rs 25,000 for 300 students Raw materials/consumables:@Rs 600 per student/Y Office expenses/Contingencies:@Rs 500 per student/Y Travel expenses:@Rs 500 per student/Y Admission/examination/assessment etc. expenses :@Rs 600 per student/Y Cost of renovation(One Time):@Rs 400 / Sqft for Max10,000 Sqft Cost of Equipment/Machinery:Rs 60 lakh per sector
