DHET & JICA Improving the WIL programme To be an effective WILL programme as the national vision envisages, institutionalization of the Cognitive Skills education and training in the WIL programme would be considered in the PSET framework. In order to manage homogeneous outcome of the WIL programme; mitigate qualitative unevenness amongst the participating partners, it is recommended to form the Pre-WIL sub-programme in the WIL programme. Function of directorate of Co-operative Education become much important.
