It is based on the following three WorkKeys Assessments Locating Information, Reading for Information and Applied Mathematics …and it certifies the following skills

The NCRC Plus uses Talent to combine measures of foundational skills with measures of work-related behaviors- soft skills—brings even greater accuracy to predictions about an individual’s success at work or in training.
