EBTC-EPO Co-operation Agreement Overall Objective To foster closer co-operation between Europe and India in the field of Intellectual property by increasing awareness of patents, the patent system in Europe and to promote technology collaborations in green and clean technologies Common Convergence To facilitate searching on clean and green technologies on EPO databases for technology transfer To promote and build capacity in IPR in India for fostering innovation To promote protection of IPR between Europe and India
