The Sectors Skills Council’s Assessment Strategy for work based qualifications creating clear partnership approach which supports Colleges using a variety of placements

A joint delivery approach with integrated full time class of College Health and Social Care students, merged with part time STARS, Social Work and NHS employees
Employees awareness; 27 Qualification; Support Workers but also registered/regulated staff - 3 Social Work Care Coordinators, 1 Senior Charge Nurse, 1 Allied Health Professional; best retention; evaluations; ‘awareness’ training delivered in Care Homes 2014
