Resource Hub Overview Statewide online resource – Primary resource in Georgia for assisting statewide testing, prevention and care for HIV/AIDS, and related psychosocial and social determinants of health Collaboration with AID Atlanta Hotline Four main components: – Eligibility Portal – Mapping and Testing – Resource Directory – Medical Information

Eligibility Portal Online tool to help determine eligibility for Ryan White Services – Eligibility determined through FPL calculation – Final Ryan White determination made at clinic – not through portal Linkage component – If determined eligible for RW have option to be contacted by linkage staff member Key objective – aid facilitation of eligibility screening Public / private component Target audience
