3. Challenges…  Product  Mostly Independent companies -System redesign – Insufficient technical know how, no partner collaboration as in large multinational companies. Local R&D engineering team.  Compact design (cassette) – Electrical components and refrigerant in close proximity. SOI - Leak simulation test critical – Expensive test equipment. Tested at production facility.  Testing – IEC 60335 & CE - Limited locally equipped test house

4. Production machinery & Product Support  High cost of safety/ventilation/charging equipment – less complex machines for lower volume batch production.( < 48kg HC )  Availability of Refrigerant,Spares & Components for replacement in remote areas.  Training &Technician Certification. Not same as domestic refrigeration techs which were trained- totally different cluster.
