2. Two types of eScreen integrations are available: Automatic Scheduling - For customers who will conduct all tests in the same region. Each office/location is assigned a testing facility where all applicants are sent to for drug testing. Applicant Self-Scheduling - For customers who will be testing applicants over a broad geographic region Applicants are emailed a URL link to a tool to find a testing location near them. 5. 7/3/2015Property of TalentWise 4 Automatic Scheduling (cont’d) Once the search has been initiated, the donor will be sent an email with a web link to their eScreen ePassport which contains the donor’s information, test information and a map to the testing facility. The donor must print the ePassport out and bring it with them to the clinic.

For customers with multiple locations who would like to assign a specific testing facility to each location for automatic scheduling, there are two methods that can be utilized to accomplish this: Subaccounts – If the customer has subaccounts, each subaccount will be assigned a testing location that will be used when drug screenings are scheduled through that account. 10. 7/3/2015Property of TalentWise 9 Donor Self-Scheduling (cont’d) Upon following the link the My eScreen site, they will enter their location information and a search radius (miles) to populate a list of eScreen test facilities near them. They will then choose and confirm their desired test location.

If they are unable to print the ePassport at that time, they have the option of emailing it to an email address of their choice as well.

12. 7/3/2015Property of TalentWise 11 Test Fulfillment & Reporting Once the donor has received/created their ePassport, they must print it out and bring it with them to the testing facility, along with valid government-issued identification (drivers license, passport, etc.). At the testing facility, the barcode on the ePassport is scanned, and the paperless chain of custody begins. Results are sent to TalentWise by eScreen as soon as they are available (often instant for negatives, non-negatives are sent for review and have a 24-120 hour turnaround time), and the results will appear on your TalentWise dashboard under the Applicants tab.
