8. DESP Compensation Suspended Custodial Preferred Experience Ladder 8 The Custodial Preferred Experience Ladder will be suspended for the 2015-2016 school year. All qualified candidates will be reviewed by the Custodial Services Department and forwarded on to schools for interviews.
