Indigenous Australian art or Australian Aboriginal art is art made by the native peoples of Australia Dot paintings can be painted on anything though in aboriginal times they used to paint dot pictures on rocks, caves etc. This form of expression was a way of visually describing stories and legends on caves and rocks to represent their religion.
