12 Problems with submitting your assignments online A student IT problem: If you have an IT problem you need to log a job with MyUni Support giving details of the problem e.g. take screen shots of the process: servicedesk@adelaide.edu.au servicedesk@adelaide.edu.au Ph: 8313 3000 option 3 A University of Adelaide systems issue: If there is an unplanned university IT outrage for an hour during the last 24 hours of the due date and time you will be given an automatic 24 hr. extension with no penalties If there is an unplanned outrage of 10 minutes in the last hour of the due date and time you will be given an automatic 24 hr. extension University of Adelaide12
