How I used it? How? 1. Alternating between the slides and learning catalytics 2. Building slides in learning catalytics What? Tried every module thought it matched my objectives When? 1. In class as synchronous 2. At home as self-paced (final take home exam)

Pros: ❖ Makes the students think about the content instead of just being recipients of information ❖ Students are more invested when they think they have a say ❖ Having access on the backend to the participation and grading scale ❖ Numerous formatting options Cons: ❖ Learning curve for faculty and student ❖ Grading system- have to manually correct some modules ❖ Seating assignment ❖ Fees Lessons learned
