A JIRA has to be created by the Requestor under Business Transformation Services (BTS) project and issue type as TASK

The JIRA has to be assigned to current contact for LMS reports Sandeep Surendranath or Practice Manager Mayank Mathur. Once the request is assigned, an estimate will be provided within 24 hours after analysis by the report development team. All communication will be through JIRA ONLY during all the phases of the report life cycle (estimation, development, QA, release) including the delivery. Work will be logged in JIRA during all the phases. Appropriate SUB-TASK JIRA are created as and when needed

Access to Staging *
Test Population with data filled, specific to the report.
VJDBC access to the staging *
BYD Code with total hours
Preferred Report Delivery - JIRA/ / Updated to Staging Instance
