LOG-IN & Home – Autoway Login Autoway Login Enter “ autoway.hmil.net ” in the Internet Explorer Address and press Enter. ① ID : Insert Groupware ID (Employee ID). ② Password : Insert Password. ③ Login : Click Login button ① Recommended IE(Internet Explorer) version is IE 6.0 and over. Users below IE 5.5 should upgrade IE. ② Screen Resolution of 1024 X 768 is optimal for use of Autoway Control Panel >> Display >> Settings Tab >> Screen Resolution ③ Improper IE security option can prevent normal function of Contents Editors. IE >> Tools >> Internet Options >> Security Tab >> Internet Category To use Autoway normally, Windows and Internet settings should be set properly. PC Setting -Security Level : If “ High ” pull down to “ Medium ” for normal Login. -If Security Level is not “ Default Level ”, Click “ Custom Level ” and check each security options. If [Download signed ActiveX Controls] was “ Disabled ” set this item for “ Prompt ” for proper body editing. -After setting, click [OK] button, close all IE windows, and login again. ① ② ③

LOG-IN & Home – Home Layout Home layout The main page of Autoway consists of 5 areas. ① Main menu area : Business application menu can be selected (Including Phonebook Search) ② Sub menu area : Application list that is personally selected. ③ Main contents area : [Inbox], [Enterprise Notice], [Recommended Knowledge], … Web Part personally selected through “ Setting ” menu. ④ Additional contents area : Additional contents like [Internet search], [My community] ⑤ Quick link area : Write buttons for mail, notice, and some approval documents. ① ⑤

LOG-IN & Home – Additional Contents Contents My Community : Move to previously joined Community page Yahoo Search : Links to Yahoo search main page View result : Select search category (WebPage, Picture, or News) and Input Search word and click to view search result. Link button : Move to selected web site. ① Select one of Name, Dept, and Contact, input search word, and click button. ② Search word should be at lease two character or more. Phone # Search Employee Phone # and Contact can be searched through this menu.

Basic Info ① E-Mail Change : Change User ’ s E-Mail address. ② Save : After modifying all information click button to save them. ③ Additional Information can be recorded, optionally, and saved by clicking [Save] button. ④ In the [Change Password] menu, user can change the password by typing new password twice. ※ Password is Case-sensitive. ※ Strong password is required for enterprise security policy.
