IPHE Bulletin – Two Sites in One Public site – Allows vendors to search and browse for currently active and historical procurement notifications Private site – allows buyers and other state employees to publish procurement notifications – Includes an advanced and basic search

Why did the Bulletin choose the GSA? Data is stored in multiple databases, xml files and html files Need to replace the old search – combined data from ColdFusion Verity and database queries ColdFusion SOLR replacement provided inconsistent results GSA provides robust features
