2 Addition/Updation & Validation of All Employee Details in HRMIS under www.cghealth.nic.in

3 Logins in HRMIS 1)Registered Employee : Every Registered Employee can login with the use of his/her Employee ID. Employee can update his personal information and in non-editable field if any changes required can raise objection via form and forward it to his higher authority. If everything is ok, he has to forward the data to his reporting office. When editing completed forward the information of reporting office. Print and keep information for own records. 2)Administrative Login : This login would be used by the Senior Staff/Administrative staff of the Department. 3)CMHO Login : This login would be used to check and verify all details of employees data with their Service book. This login can edit the setup employee positions and has to clear the objections raised by employees. 4)DHS /NHM/AYUSH/ DME Login and others : This login would be used by the DHS/AYUSH/DME HQs Officials to check the setup entry and status. Every employees data would be cross checked and the acceptance/rejection done by the CMHOs login has to be checked and verified.

5 Steps in HRMIS A): SETUP - First Login as CMHO and check the setup of each and every institution in the district. B): REGISTERED EMPLOYEE - Check the Personal information and Appointment information of each employee. Login as Employee use Employee Id and check and update the information. When editing completed forward the information of reporting office. Print and keep information for own records. C) CMHO : Validate all the entries made by employee by cross-checking from his service record book and forward it to reporting office. D) DHS /NHM/AYUSH/ DME HQs: The HQ staff of DHS/AYUSH/DME HQs would check the setup entry and status. Every employees data would be cross checked and the acceptance/rejection done by the CMHOs login has to be checked and verified.

7 A) HRMIS editing of Setup Step 1): First Login as CMHO then Click on Setup entry. The screen will ask for Institution type. Click CHC for eg. Dropdown of CHCs will come. Click a CHC and the Setup of that institution will be shown. Step 2): Check the setup of the institution for eg. CHC. You can click on edit and make changes. Save the Sanctioned/NHM Post by clicking the SAVE button as the end.

12 Setup Updating Setup Updating done from setup page link in menu You can update the count of sanctioned post of Facilitywise if count increases or decreases After updating the count you can forward that facility setup to DHS for verification as given in screen shot above marked in red.

14 B) HRMIS Employee Update Step 1): Employee uses his Personal ID to login. Then the employee checks and updates his personal and other information. Step 2): In the un-editable field if the employee finds any mistake he clicks on objection remark at the bottom and a objection screen comes with the current information and lets employee enter the new information. There is option for uploading the relevant document. Step 3) When the employee has checked all his information and updated all his personal details he can click on the check box in the last and forward the information to his reporting office. Step 4): After forwarding the information the employee can take a print out of his information and keep for his records.

24 B) HRMIS CMHO Login Step 1): First Login from your respective CMHO choose district. Check all the SETUP Entries. If any institutions setup is not found it has to be added through HQs. The in-position has to be entered of each sanctioned setup. Step 2): Check each employee details with Service records. Objections raised by employee has to be cleared. All records checked and verified has to be forwarded to higher authorities.

32 Registration has to bee done by cmho if employee record first time entered in the HRMIS portal this is the first stage for any employee record to be entered

33 Save the details of employee and complete registration regular employee can has empcode of treasury should be put for registration and for nhm employee and contactual the portal generates empcode after saving the record for regular employee 11 digit empcode has to be put in empcode text box in registration page
