3. Brief Background of Zerbatone Mining PTY (LTD)
Zerbatone Mining PTY (LTD) is a 100% black owned company, Managed by P.J Mohuba as the managing director, Zerbatone was formed in 2009 as a Mining company.
We are currently contracting for Bokoni Platinum Mine doing the following:
Stoping (Virgin and white areas) – 23 Crews
Sub-Development (In stope Development) – 25 Crews
Main Development (Winzes, Raises and Haulages) – 2 Crews
Vamping – 8 Crews
(Please see the attached reference letter from the managing director of Bokoni)
One of the projects which was completed for Two Rivers Platinum Mine, was a 65 metre chairlift decline.

P.J Mohuba was born in April 1978 at Sefateng Village, Ga-Nkoana.
Matriculated at Potlake High School in 2000 and was employed as a Boilermaker at S&P projects, Haulage maintenance
He is a managing director of Zerbatone Mining PTY (LTD)
Has successfully attended Business Management Skills, Health and Safety Training Courses.
He is currently attending Learner Miner courses at Bokoni Platinum Mine training centre.

Zerbatone pty (ltd) will sustain its operations by doing the following :

Deliver quality services to the mining companies and ensure that we are a contracting company of integrity.
Uplift the community’s where we work.
Ensure various institutions are aware of the type and quality of work we do and participate on tender process’ if invited or allowed

15. BENEFICIARIES
We are committed to uplift local community’s by providing training and employment where possible and furthermore we recognize that women need to be empowered, to share in the job opportunities available in the mining industry, and hence we strive to provide job opportunities not only to men, but also to woman, youth, and disabled people irrespective of race , colour or creed

16. Training and skill developement
We are currently training 5 learner miners from the local communities.
We have trained more than 200 employees for competent A/B from local communities.
We are currently training 12 learner Miners from Zerbatone labour force.
We have trained more than 10 employees for production Shift Supervisor course.
We have trained more than 5 employees for finance, HR admin and SAP system.

19. The up-liftment of the local communities.
3 Car wash entrepreneurs within the local communities were identified and necessary carwash and polish were donated.
Monametse and Mohlahlaneng Primary schools were issued with 10 computers each.

20. The up-liftment of the local communities.
A borehole was sunk for fresh drinking water for the young children at a local crèche called “Mabulela Crèche”
2 local Primary schools by the names of Sejadipudi and Motsatsana were donated 120 pairs of school shoes and school socks.

A Local community soccer tournament was sponsored by Zerbatone at the Bokoni community sports ground.
