TPT Simplification Project Update Where We’re Going Data Match and Merge with DOR New Joint Tax Application Form (JT1) o Geo Coding New Monthly Filing Form (TPT1) o Online Bulk Filing Weekly Cash Deposits and Reports/Data Location Based Reporting for ALL Cities Transition of all Administrative functionality to DOR in January 2016

TPT Simplification Project Update City of Phoenix Business Intelligence/ Analytics (BI/BA) - Phoenix On Point (POP) Proven Oracle product currently in use o Solid Waste Division Worked with DOR to revise current and add new “reports” and data New “reports” will be standardized Basic queries will be developed based on the Phoenix Needs Assessment o All will be able to modify or customize o No need to wait for IT
