SugarCRM Selection History In early 2011, DECC identified the need to house all programmatic data in one central database rather than siloed Access and Excel tracking spreadsheets. After securing funding we embarked on an RFP for a data solution that would meet the following primary needs: Streamline internal data processing for all programmatic activities Enhance programmatic data and analysis Provide an online portal for our constituents Sync with QuickBooks for quality improvement purchases and timesheet management Easily import source data and provide robust reporting functionality. ECCLA’s Shared Data Progress 2014 Progress ecConnect Expansion Project funded by CDHS Informed development of Colorado Shines/QRIS Awarded CCAP QI Pilot funds and additional RTT funds to pilot the ecConnect Expansion with 9 Councils. Hired Director of Technology to manage Sugar and shared data projects Achieved QRIS (Salesforce) Integration with Sugar One Voice From Many
