2. Purpose Please use this as an evaluation tool! Comments are most informative. Try to stay constructive. Other umpires will not see your evaluation!

4. Welcome Screen Click on evaluations in the upper bar.

5. Start All game reports that are not complete should be shown under status. Under “Display” check the box for “Show All” and you are able see all you have yet to complete and those you have completed.

11. Ratings There are 5 categories to rate. Each has an available comment. You may also include a Summary Comment for any additional feedback.

24. Finalize and Submit After clicking on the “Finalize and Submit” button the report is FINAL! You cannot go back and change or edit it! If you made a mistake, contact Warren Bumpus

25. DONE! You should now be back on the original screen and that report should be complete!

26. Show All All completed reports should be able to be seen when the box for “Show All” under “Display” is checked.
