2. You can start here to log in to your MyPlan account Or…

3. Log on to MyPlan using your Novell username & password …Go directly to https://myplan.powayusd.com/

4. Once you are in your MyPlan account, Click on the box that says “Synergy Student Portal”

5. Click on the tab that says “Course Request”

6. To ADD or DELETE courses, select the button that says “Click here to change course requests”.

7. 1.Locate the Course ID numbers on your CRF for your 1 st choice 2.Enter the Course ID number 3.Click “Search Courses”. DO NOT SEARCH BY COURSE TITLE!

8. Mark the dot for “Request” and then click “Click here to move selected requests to Selected Course Requests”

9. Your 1st choice elective request is now in “Selected Course Requests” *Reminder: if your 1 st choice has two course IDs i.e. Exploratory, you must enter both codes.

10. Two Semester Long Courses have two codes. To add the second code follow the previous steps on Slide 8 and 9.

11. Choose two additional electives as “Alternate Elective Requests” Enter the course ID and click “Search Courses”

12. Mark the dot “Alternate” and click on “Click here to move selected requests to Selected Course Requests” *Repeat to add an additional alternate elective request

13. All of your elective requests are now entered. Click on “Click here to return to course request summary”

14. You should now have your first choice under “Selected Course Requests” and your second and third choice under “Alternate Elective Requests”.

15. When you are completely satisfied with your choices, click on “Lock Course Requests” *Once you have locked your course requests you will NOT be able to make further changes.
