2. Introduction
“VIP Access” is a security system that provides a random code to users and by that makes the VPN login action more secure.
From 11th of April, 2015 Mellanox will start to use VPN secure connection via VIP Access.
It’s not allowed to install “VIP Access” on laptops (which is the same device that connects to VPN).
Register to the system (Registration Manual) via Application or SMS, after that please use the guide bellow to connect

3. VPN access Access to https://vpn.mellanox.com/
(recommended with Internet Explorer)
Choose the nearest region to your actual location.

4. VPN access
Choose Mellanox_VIP_App – If you’re using an application method
Choose Mellanox_VIP_SMS – if you’re using SMS method

5. VPN access via application
Choose Mellanox_VIP_App
Fill in your username
Fill in the password and continue with the security code numbers, without space
For example:
Username: MellanoxUser
Password: Example
5. Click on sign-in

6. VPN access via SMS Choose Mellanox_VIP_SMS Fill in your username
Fill in only the password
Click on “Sign In” button, in the next window you will be required for the SMS security code, that will be sent to the phone device you assigned.
