School-Wide Professional Development Plan School Wide Goal Implement PLCs with fidelity to facilitate individual teacher growth in the following areas: – Establish and employ routines in conjunction with the development of instructional efficiency that will foster student supervision throughout the day during instructional time as well as in transitional time. (Domain II, Indicators f and g) – Employ a variety of teaching strategies to support a high level of student engagement. (Domain III, Indicators e and f) – Establish and maintain a teacher web page as one tool used in building a strong system of communication with all stakeholders. (Domain V, Indicators a and c)

11. School-Wide Professional Development Plan Recommendations: Be ready to receive and supervise students as soon as they are dismissed from morning bus duty. Help supervise students during all transition times. Actively supervise students during instructional time— never leave your classroom unattended. Use at least three student centered instructional strategies during a 90-minute instructional period.
