ICN: All of those legitimate and appropriate means, governmental, private and individual whereby order identity, consistency and control are brought to the profession.

Dr. Jamal Jomah, FRCSC, FRCSEd, ABHRS, FACS Norway, according to the legislation, the formal responsibility for regulation was under the Ministry of Health but it has been delegated to the National Medical Association. They experienced that: If the responsibility was taken seriously and the tasks were discharged well, the government was content. The system worked well because of the direct involvement of the large number of the members of the association.

INTRODUCTION Plastic Surgery is very much in-demand and can be a powerful attraction for medical tourists. United Arab Emirates has 120 registered Plastic Surgeons, most of whom are in Dubai. For the size of the resident population, the UAE only needs 15 Plastic Surgeons but due to the requirement of the transit population the number is quite high. Established in 2012 as a non-profit organization.
