1.) Assessment of the current Geodatabase, server environment, software, scripts and GIS website. 2.) Determination of the best course of action for the upgrading of the database, software, etc. from 9.2 to 10.1. 3.) Begin talking to Bruce Harris and Associates about a two phase project. Phase 1: Database upgrade and CAMA extract Phase 2: Website implementation 4.) Made a detailed review of all databases, SQL Server, scripts and website to capture all current functionality. 5.) Plan for server environment needed to be created. Planning

Parallel environments had to be run for both editing and publication for a while until new site was released. 8.) Assessment of all Esri licensing 9.) Bruce Harris and Associates was selected for both phases of the project because of their database and website development expertise and because of their ability to work together on projects successfully with clients.
