What is a RENC? An organisation that assists HOs in the: ◦ Production ◦ Quality Assurance ◦ Distribution of ENCs RENCs contribute to safety at sea by enhancing ENC quality and accessibility in a consistent way

IC-ENC Sales and Finances General Trend: ENC sales are increasing steadily Reports to each member are provided to show trends of sales ENC revenue paid to each member in preferred manner and frequency Introduction to IC-ENC 19 IC-ENC retains a cost-recovery fee. Reduced to $1.00 E.g. An HO sets its ENC price at $15, IC-ENC retains $1 and returns $14 to the HO

Summary of the IC-ENC Update IC-ENC has 34 member HOs with 5100+ ENCs IC-ENC’s Services: ◦ Production support ◦ ENC Validation ◦ Distribution ◦ Revenue Management IC-ENC is a low cost, not for profit RENC, retaining just $1.00 per ENC sold to cover costs Controlled by our Steering Committee, each HO contributes to IC-ENC policy setting Introduction to IC-ENC 21
