1 - Country Admin
Monitors and supports all health center data and progress of other participating hospitals in the country
2 - Health Centre Admin
Monitors his/her own hospital data and progress of the forms being filled up by the DEO and matches the number of last month deliveries in the hospital
3 - Quality Check
Verify the forms
- Checks the quality of the forms being filled by the DEO in his/her own hospital
- Can edit/fill the incomplete fields and provide comments
4 - Data Entry Operator (DEO)
Enter forms in online database at every hospital
