2 NC Education Course Creation Course Creation request survey will be sent to LEA TCs through TNN Information at the top of the page details deadlines Accuracy of data entry is key (school number, student number)

3 Completing the Survey One student number as a place holder Can be removed later after another student is enrolled in NC Education Course (LEA TC/School TC roles) Refer to NC Education Student Enrollment Guide for assistance.

4 CDM Scores CDM scores are kept separate from all other EOC and NCFE files. The file extension for CDM is C15. Students must meet the minimum scale score (EOC) or minimum CDM score (NCFE) to earn Phase I status. Course credit awarded when Phase I and II are met.

5 Minimum CDM Scores EOC Math I > 264 Biology > 261 English II > 165 NCFE minimum CDM score (available late January 2015)

6 Reports Grade reports/goal summary reports are not available for CDM. Individual student reports (ISRs)available only for CDM EOC assessments. Class Pass/Fail Rosters can be printed from the WinScan program. Grade reports, goal summary reports, and individual eports will not be available for any students

7 CDM & Accountability Scores for students who successfully complete both phases of CDM are included in Accountability reporting, if both phases are completed in the same accountability year that the assessment was administered. Students who satisfy both phases in the same accountability year may also have scores banked for future state/federal reporting.
