Process Flow Responsibilities : RJIL : RJIL to provide on mail Information to LG HO ( deepak & vishal ) : Handset IMEI & Location of submission RJIL to submit the set at designated SVC Centre as per the attached service centre list & demand jobsheet copy as receipt. Approve the estimate in case of out warranty / Customer Abuse etc Set to be collected by RJIL user after receiving information about repair completion from service centre LG ESC / LGC: Receive the handset & create job sheet in GSFS Check the handset & repair as explained in process flow If sending to BRC, intimate through mail to Inform estimate if any as per standard warranty conditions * attached herewith & process for repair as per the process flow only after estimate approval. After repair inform RJIL user to collect handset & close jobsheet LG BRC: Repair the handset & dispatch to service centre Handset received from Reliance JIO Employee Service Centre creates Jobsheet in GSFS Engineer Checks the Defect in H/S Software PCB For Lock set do Hard reset & check OK Not OK Send to BRC Other Hardware Issue Touch, LCD, Speaker, MIC, Flexi etc Send to BRC BRC Repair the handset Dispatch set to SVC Centre Repair the Set BRC Repair the handset Dispatch set to SVC Centre BRC Address & Contact Person details LG BRC . LG Warranty Terms & Conditions
This Warranty covers the following cases: LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (LGEIL/the Company) offers you a limited warranty ,for the products sold within the territories of India , that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship, according to the following terms and conditions. Repairs under warranty shall be carried out by an authorized service personnel only. On-site warranty is not applicable and repair of this product will be carried out on a centralized repair location as specified in slide 1 at its own cost and risk - Warranty will not cover the compatibility issue between any un-supported OS version of Smart phone . In case of repairs or replacement of any part/s of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. Replacement of parts would be purely at the discretion of LGEIL alone. In case the replacement of the entire unit is being made, (subject to the sole discretion of LGEIL), the same model shall be replaced and in the event such model has been discontinued, it shall be replaced with the model equivalent as deemed by LGEIL. In event of repair LGEIL shall endeavor to use new parts however in any case fresh parts are not available then LGEIL will have every right to use refurbished parts . The warranty on replacement model / Refurbished part shall remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty based on original purchase . The company or its Authorized Centralized Service Center reserves the right to retain any part/s or component replaced at its discretion, in the event of a defect being noticed in the equipment during warranty period. If any colored internal or external components are replaced, there will be commitment to ensure that the shades match with the original or other components. The replaced shades, patterns, tints may vary from the customer’s unit due to continuous usage of the unit. Any matching components changed at customer’s request will be on chargeable basis except the component which actually needed. This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period as specified above, even if LG product may not be in use for any time during the warranty period for any reason. In case of any unpredicted situation and spares not being available, LG’s prevailing depreciation policy (subject to the sole discretion of LGEIL & could be change without prior notice) will be applied on the product as a solution. No Dealer/ Distributor has authority to vary the terms of above warranty. Only courts in state of Delhi and places where LGEIL has its branch office shall have the jurisdiction for settling any claims, disputes arising under the warranty.

This Warranty does not cover the following cases:
Any failure due to erratic power supply beyond ± 10% of rated power supply and use of incompatible batteries will not be considered under warranty. Damage resulting from operating the product in a corrosive atmosphere or contrary to the instructions outlined in the products owner manual. Damage to the product caused by accidents, pests and vermin, lightning, wind ,fire, floods, or acts of God. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse (viz., spurious/fake accessories liquid spillage, scratches , forcible attachment into USB port resulting in damage of pins, improper installation, repair or maintenance. Improper repair includes use of parts not approved or specified by LGEIL. Damage or Failure caused by unauthorized modification or alteration or if it is used for other than the intended purpose or any water leakage where the unit was not properly installed. Damage or Failure caused by incorrect electrical current, voltage, commercial or industrial use, or use of accessories , components, or consumable cleaning products that are not approved by LGEIL. Damage/Defect caused by handling, including scratches, chips, and/or other damage to the finish of your product , unless such damage results from defect in materials or workmanship and is reported within one(1) week of delivery (Call ) Damage/ Non-functioning of the product or it’s features caused by mobile phone programs or internet viruses, bugs, worms or Trojan horses. Warranty does not cover free accessories external to the product. Warranty will be void if customer gets the product repaired from unauthorized dealer/Person. On removal, tampering or alteration of any identification labels /serial number on the machine or any of its components. This warranty is not valid for damages resulting due to soaking Any Obligation to carry out the repair in specified time period Any failure in connectivity with the phone due to any reason. Warranty does not cover any compatibility issue between LG Pocket Photo and mobile phone’s operating system. Usage of other wires or cutting of wires or putting additional wires not provided with the standard accessories with this equipment. To any failure, to the extent that the failure is not a failure of the product to perform in accordance with its specification. Accessories, parts or components not supplied by LG. In case, proof of purchase does not bear the corresponding model and/or the Serial number of the unit.
