The learners will apply relaxing exercise and follow some advices to get rid of test anxiety effects.

This problem is known as a temporary emotional state caused by the realization of the calendar positions. The positions of the threatening figure, accompanied by tension, stimulated unity and emotional concerns of a negative mentality interfere with the desired concentration during the test. These negatively affect the mental and cognitive functions in the position of the exam.

Tension, fear, anticipation, feeling uncomfortable, narrow.. negative thoughts of failure, lack of success speed of arousal and anger... There is also a lack of concentration because of the accelerating negative thoughts which affects memory and receptions record and restore. There are people who complain about the rigidity of the mind and stop thinking causing excessive worry..
