15. Short Term Change rules for articles: Gun File Changes:
Enforce NCIC rules for items valued less than $500
No entry of stolen credit cards, debit cards, checks etc.
Gun File Changes:
Resubmit older missing gun entries that weren’t ever sent to NCIC (functionality added 2006).
Enforce serial number requirements for entries.
Result: When we convert, all records other than pawned will be NCIC qualified.
