2. CASE HISTORY A 33 year old man presented with extensive skin lesions all over body mainly involving face region. known case of CML, “Ph” chromosome positive and on imatinib therapy since two years. PS examination – WNL.

6. Skin biopsy studied showed dermal infiltration by similar cells in upper as well as deeper dermis. Skin adnexal tissue also showed infiltration. IHC on skin biopsy – cells were found positive for cKit and MPO. CD34 was found negative. Background lymphoid cells were found highlighted by CD3. (Images not available)
