3. Today and tomorrow, you will be working on “The Adventures of Tom Sawyer” on pp.268-271 *In groups of 4 or 5 – NO MORE- take turns reading a “chunk” and annotating the text. After each chunk, take turns responding by using: “I would like to paraphrase…” OR “I would like to clarify…” OR “I would like to analyze…” Make notes in the margin. *Finish all Key Ideas and Details while you are reading too.
