Necessary steps The organisation needs to: 1.Register in the Unique Registration Facility (URF) system to receive a PIC code 2.Check compliance with the eligibility requirements and financial conditions 3.Complete electronically the application form and submit it (only the coordinator- applicant organisation)

Compliance with the programme requirements A participating organisation can be any public or private organisation, established in a Programme Country or in any Partner Country An applicant organisation (coordinator) – an organisation established in a Programme Country

Completion of the application form The application forms contains the information on : 1)Applicant organisation and participating organisations; 2)Project objectives and tasks/activities; 3)Expected results; 4)Project budget and the financing requested.

Project planning The project is oriented towards: 1.Exchange of experience and good practices? 2.Development of innovative practices? Depending on the objectives of the project, the participating organisations involved, the expected impact, Strategic Partnerships can be of different sizes, and adapt their activities accordingly. Project phases: 1.Preparation 2.Implementation 3.Follow-up 4.Dissemination 5.Closure

Application form sections (A-B) Section A – General information Section B – information about the project application (very important): 1)Indicate – type of the project. 2)The language of the project – the language in which the form is filled (language of the project) – any EU official language. 3)Project identification – the title, start date, project duration (2 or 3 years), end date 4)National Agency of the applicant organisation

Application form section (C) Section C – applicant organisation and partners 1)PIC number- “check PIC ” – after pressing this button the information about the organisation will be automatically copied in from the URF system. 2)Legal representative 3)Contact person (!) In order to add a partner press the button “Add partner”

Application form section (D) Section D– Description of the project 1.Rationale of the project, objectives and needs to be addresses Why is the project necessary? What problems do you plan to address/solve with the help of the project? 2.What is the innovative aspect of the project? 3.Project partners. What will be their contribution to the project? 4.Communication with the partners – how will it be organised? Do you foresee transnational project meetings? What will be the purpose of these meetings? Who will be the participants? 5.Most relevant topics addressed by the project – connected with the priorities of Erasmus + programme and priorities o of KA2 (Erasmus + Programme Guide). 6.Planned project results – expected results during the project and on its completion. Provide a detailed description of project results.

Section F – Project implementation: Description of the activities – the project application includes all the project phases: preparation, implementation, follow-up, dissemination); the work programme is clearly defined, realistic and relevant to the objectives of the project and reaching project results. Project Activities Intellectual Output This section is filled only then if your partnership is planning development of the Intellectual Output that has a significant impact contribution in terms of potential impact and transferability (e.g. new curricula, pedagogical materials, IT tools); Application form section (F)

Multiplier events National and transnational conferences/seminars/events/ aimed at sharing and disseminating the intellectual outputs realised by the project; support for organising multiplier events can only be received if a project has foreseen the development of Intellectual Output;

Application form section (F) Learning/ Teaching/Training Activities information about the types of mobilities is available in Erasmus+ Programme Guide 2014 on page 98; each of the activity (mobility) has to be described in detail giving information on the added value of these learning, teaching and training activities;

Dissemination and use of project results -Project results are transferrable to other target groups; -Appropriate methods and tools will be used for dissemination; -Planned activities will ensure optimal use of results at different levels -Each participating organisation has adequate resources available -Examples of dissemination activities are provided in Erasmus + Programme Guide 2014, p. 248. Award Criteria Maximum 100 points 4 evaluation criteria 1)Relevance of the project (maximum 30 points), 2)Quality of the project design and implementation (maximum 20 points), 3)Quality of the project team and the cooperation arrangements (maximum 20 points), 4)Impact and dissemination (maximum 30 points). 5)To be considered for funding, proposals must score at least 60 points 6)and they must score at least half of the maximum points in each of the categories of award criteria
