1. Fostering mentorship among TASS Alumni

2. - 2 - TADAS Mentorship Initiative Mentorship Initiative TASS Alumni Development and Support (TADAS), the committee in Telluride Association primarily responsible for engaging TASS alumni, launched a formal mentorship initiative in 2014. Purpose The purpose of the mentorship initiative is to offer recent TASS alumni who are enrolled in college or who have recently graduated goal-oriented academic, professional and/or personal guidance from TASS alumni who are establishing themselves, or are already established, in their life path and careers. The mentorship initiative also offers a way for TASS alumni to remain connected to Telluride in a meaningful way.

3. - 3 - Involvement Commitment TADAS is always seeking individuals who are willing to develop long-term relationships as a mentor and/or mentee.
