3.  2 days a week (you pick the days!!)  2 hours each day (between 3-6pm)  Learning how to be a THINK Together Program Leader ◦ Shadowing for 3 weeks ◦ Assisting in class for 4 weeks ◦ Running your own class 1 day a week for 3 weeks

4.  10-week internship  Minimum of 4 hours a week  Locations/Placements ◦ THINK Together Elementary & Middle School Programs

5.  Internship added to your resume  Training on how to apply to career oriented jobs  Professional work experience  $300

6. Participate in...  Workshops  Interview Selection Process  Trainings  Internship Hours  THINK Together High School Program*  Debrief and Program Conclusion Meeting

9.  New Hire Orientation  Position Specific ◦ Interns will receive training from THINK Together’s training team  Financial Literacy ◦ Will occur within the last month of internship and must be prior to stipend distribution

10.  Minimum 1 days every week ◦ Academic support if needed - priority ◦ Community service ◦ Enrichment activities ◦ Time to lesson plan & gather supplies
