3 What We Look Like: 2014-2015 –107 Clubs, 8,540 Members in all provinces –Median Club Size = 58 –36% of Clubs are between 50-100 members (35% last year) –Next largest group: 23% are Small Clubs -30 or less (20% last year)

7 2014-2015 Initiatives Sustainability 8 Membership Conference Calls –31 clubs, including 8 small clubs; ideas from calls circulated to all clubs and posted on website Small Club AGM Grants (3 full; 6 partial with help from AGM attendee donations ) 13 Special Project Awards 12 Membership Increase Awards 14 New Member Awards (6 of which got member increase awards Club Resources: online material reviewed & to be consolidated in one location (ongoing)
