Passionate about Nursing – Tempered by Patient Centered Pragmatism Building Upon Roles Listening and Mentoring Team Building – (We Voice) Confident Humility Some individuals might start off knowing , I want to be a SNE; however, others might be like me, an evolution over time and experience. Staff Nurse, Teaching/Training – New Nurses/HM’s (BLS/ACLS), involved t in collaterals – ICC, Quality, CPI Committee member to Committee Chair Staff nurse to Division Officer (Inpt/outpt), Dept Head, CNS, Nurse Res Coordinator – it was the next evolution for someone who loves challenge and committed to safe Quality Care Diversity/be well rounded Shifting focus from self to Self-less – Listen and lean from everyone, helps build mutual respect.
