Important Dates Elective Selection Sheet due to elem. 4th grade student tours in May. Registration – July 21 and 22 Noon to 3 and 4 to 7 pm (online option as well). Be a Better Jag Day! July 24 9:30 – noon. First Student Day July 29, 2015.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will my 5th grader be mingling with older students? There will be minimal interaction between 5th graders and older students (bus rides to and from school). What about lunch? Students will eat lunch by grade level. How many teachers will my child see each day? Three. They will see their Math/Science teacher, their English/Social Studies Teacher and their “encore” teacher (Art/Music/PE/Health).

FAQ’s Continued May I visit my child’s classroom? Yes, please let the teacher know you are coming and sign in at the front office. We welcome your presence! Where are the 5th grade classrooms? Our 5th grade students are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors (in low traffic areas). Will 5th graders be included in extra-curricular activities? Yes, 5th graders are included in all of our extra-curricular offerings. Will there be before and after school care offered? Before/After school child care is offered by the YMCA. Will online registration be available? Yes, you will receive a letter in late June/early July. Online registration may be paid with a credit card (no charge this year!).
