4. 4 Pre-award Role Friday, March 20 th is Chanda Robe’s last day Currently proposals are being reviewed and submitted by PHS RM – RSS services Subcontracts-out: are up to date and new ones will be assigned based on level of complexity

6. 6 McL FY15 Provisional Fringe Benefit Rates New FY15 McL Fringe Benefit rates have been submitted to DHHS for approval. When the new rate agreement has been issued, a more complete update will be given. Until then the provisional fringe benefit rates below will be charged to all research grants. Current Rate agreement is still dated September 13, 2012.

8. 8 Recent DEA Inspections DEA or Other Regulatory Agency Inspections Researcher Registration holders at area hospitals are subject to little to no advanced notice by state or regulatory agencies. If you receive an alert that an agent will be coming on-site for an inspection, please notify the McL Compliance Officer (617-855-2598).
