4. Why ETC? After 2 years, Heinz Endowment was still not satisfied with progress Suzanne Walsh, economic program officer joined Heinz in Sept 2003 –Designers need to understand the meaning of fun and interactivity –Designers need to be closer to the target audience (grade 10 – 12)

7. Art Process We wanted a different type of interface. Looked at teen magazines, websites, and at games to find a good style for the web. Models in Maya exported to Flash

8. School Buildings 1) Pipeline test 2) Futuristic Wanted to see what would appeal to our client. Showed her other architectural styles for her to choose from.
