5. Restarted PC and the software worked ok but 20 min later it happened again!!

6. The problem with lack of nucleation! It turned out that the new piece of tubing installed this morning between the VOC bulb and the chamber was not TEFLON and it was PLASTIC! It melted down upon heating the VOC bulb and had many holes in it.. Almost none of the first two 50ppb b- caryo injections made it into the chamber! The old piece of TEFLON was re-installed and made tight!
