Introduction My name is Cassie Amundson and I have a desire to manage and get ahead with my current employer. I will detail out my qualities, skills, values and assessments in this presentation and explain how these items will make me a good fit for any organization. I will address the assessments I have taken and how they apply to my personal style and management style. I will show you how I plan to market myself for advancement opportunities in my career field.

Conclusion As you can see I have an arsenal of qualities, transferable skills, and values that make me marketable in my field. My experience from school as well as my tenure with my current company gives me the edge I need to succeed. I have proven results and shown I can handle turnaround situations in a positive manner with an acceptable outcome. I am an achiever and activator which makes me the perfect fit when things need to be changed quickly Overall I have many qualities that many managers only strive to have. I am a natural leader and have a proven track record in management.
