17. 17 Clinical year  During the sixth year (clinical year), the students work on hospital wards, where there are in charge of their own group of patients (under the supervision of a physician)  Working as interns at the University Hospital or its associated teaching hospitals  Obligatory components: - four months in internal medicine - four months in surgery - four months in a field of choice
