2 Guidelines for Data Collection and Analysis

3 Data has to be meaningful. We want to measure what we intend to.

4 Unbiased The measurement has to be objective and data to be representative to what we measure.

5 Reliable and accurate instrument The measurement or testing instrument has to be conforming to national and international standards.

6 Careful recording We shall strive to eliminate human and machine errors.

7 Data management using database system We shall use efficient information management systems so that the data are safe and information relevant and useful to our organization.
