3. Introduction What does recycle mean? What do you do with your old things? Where does all of our trash go? Do you think there is a trash problem? In the story, Recycle Everyday, you will find out what it means to recycle, and what things you may even have at home that can be recycled!

5. Before Reading What I KNOW about the importance of recycling and Earth Day. Work with your partners to make a collage: Look through magazines and cut out pictures of what Earth Day means to you. Have Fun!

Re-use: Use things again and again Recycle: Put in bin to make something we have used into something else. Now click on the Recycle Bin to complete the Venn Diagram. Cut and paste each item and put where you think it belongs.
