5. Project Mission Provide a high quality, cost efficient, and market competitive web content management and hosting service for the UCLA community.

6. Commitment The services should be price-competitive. The tools should be easy to use. The technology should be accessible and standards-compliant. The service will commit to a regular vetting process. Functionality improvements will be driven from ongoing campus feedback.
